MVP Development

MVP development for startups

We help founders turn an idea into a product real users can try, usually in 6 to 12 weeks. One team handles discovery, design and build, and we cut scope to the one workflow that proves your idea.

What's included

From idea to first users

SaaS MVPs

The smallest version of your product that real customers will pay for or use every week. Designed and built by one team, so nothing is lost between the two.

  • Sign-up, onboarding and billing
  • The one core workflow, done properly
  • Admin panel for your team
  • Analytics from day one

AI product MVPs

Products where an AI model does the core work. We build on the same engine we run in production, so the hard parts are not new to us.

  • Agents and chat interfaces
  • Retrieval over your own content
  • Evaluation before launch
  • Cost and latency kept in check

Clickable prototypes

A realistic prototype you can put in front of users or investors in weeks, before you spend on a full build.

  • Figma prototypes of the key flows
  • Usability tests with real users
  • Investor and pitch demos
  • A clear list of what to build first

Validation and launch

An MVP only matters if it tells you something. We help you decide what to measure, launch to the first users and read the results.

  • Success metrics agreed up front
  • Landing page and waitlist
  • Launch to first users
  • A roadmap from what you learn

How we work

How a project runs

01

Discovery

We pin down the problem, the first customers and the one workflow that proves the idea. Everything else goes on a "later" list.

02

Prototype

A clickable prototype of the core flow, tested with users before any code. This is where most bad assumptions die cheaply.

03

Build

Design and development in weekly cycles with a live preview, so you can show progress to users and investors as it happens.

04

Launch and learn

We launch to your first users, watch the numbers we agreed, and plan the next version from real usage rather than guesses.

FAQs

Questions clients ask first

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Most MVPs take 6 to 12 weeks from discovery to launch. A clickable prototype for testing or fundraising can be ready in 2 to 3 weeks.

How much does an MVP cost?

It depends on the core workflow and integrations. Many startups build on our monthly plan, $3,999 for 70 hours, which lets them adjust scope as they learn. For a fixed scope we send a written quote after a free call.

What should be in an MVP, and what should not?

Only what is needed to test your riskiest assumption with real users. In practice: sign-up, the one workflow people would pay for, and enough admin to run it. Settings pages, integrations and nice-to-haves come after you have evidence.

Do I need a technical co-founder to work with you?

No. We act as your product and engineering team for the MVP, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and hand over documented code if you hire a team later.

Will the MVP code be thrown away later?

It should not be. We build on standard, widely used tools such as React, Next.js and Postgres, so the MVP becomes the foundation of version two rather than a prototype to rewrite.

Can you add AI to the product?

Yes. AI integration is one of our core services, and we run our own AI operations engine in production. We will also tell you when AI is not the right answer for your product.
